Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using MiniMax H3:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary software and models
• Reselling or redistributing access to MiniMax H3 without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

Prohibited Content

These rules apply to prompts, uploaded images and reference materials, and content generated, stored, or shared through our text-to-video, image-to-video, and other generation features. You must not use the service to create, upload, or distribute any of these six categories:

1. Pornography / NSFW: Sexually suggestive, sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content.
2. Violence / Gore: Graphic injury, torture, gore, or content promoting violence, terrorism, or violent extremism, including instructions for making weapons of mass destruction.
3. Hate Speech: Content attacking, dehumanizing, or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including incitement to genocide.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Endangerment: Any sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful depiction of minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
5. Deepfakes / Impersonation: Unauthorized use of a real person's face, voice, or identity to fabricate their appearance or actions; non-consensual intimate content; or deceptive impersonation of a person, brand, or organization.
6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You must have the necessary rights or legal permission for uploaded materials and their intended use.

Content Moderation

Generation requests are subject to the selected model provider's safety rules. We may also apply prompt screening through the integrated Creem Moderation API when enabled; a rejected prompt is blocked before generation. Automated checks can miss violations, and successful generation does not mean that content complies with these Terms.

Our support team reviews reports of suspected violations, including relevant prompts, uploaded materials, generated content, and available task records as needed to investigate. Reviews consider context and the rights of affected people. Reports involving child safety, terrorism, or an immediate threat to a person's safety receive priority. We may restrict access while investigating. Access to report information is limited to what is needed for investigation, enforcement, and legal obligations.

Reporting Violations and Appeals

Anyone can report prohibited content, impersonation, or intellectual property infringement to support@minimaxh3.tv with the subject Content Report. Include the content URL or task ID if available, a description of the issue, and information supporting your report. For copyright or trademark complaints, identify the protected work or mark and your authority to act for the rights holder. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide identifying details instead.

We review reports, request additional information when needed, and communicate the outcome where appropriate and legally permitted. We handle reports in good faith and may take action against deliberate misuse of the reporting process. To appeal a moderation decision, email the same address with the subject Content Appeal, the relevant task or account details, and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, we may reject a generation request, issue a warning, remove content or disable access to it within our service, or suspend or terminate the account's access. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning. Where required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. These measures also apply to attempts to bypass content safeguards.

Privacy and Data Collection

MiniMax H3 collects the following types of data:
